From the South take Route 52 North and exit at Route 199 (City of Guaynabo).
Turn left at the bottom of the ramp.
Now you should be on 199 West (toward San Juan and Route 20).
After about 5 minutes or less, exit onto Route 1.
At the bottom of the ramp, quickly cross 3 lanes of traffic
to turn left onto Apolo Avenue.
Less than 100 yards up the street on your right, you will see the
San Juan Community Library, also known as BUCAPLAA.
